the first quest

today was match day, but ill get to that later

pd1- voyages of discovery test, spent 15 min total on all of it and got a 25+/30
pd2- volleyball, hmmm i wonder....
pd3- structs in c++
pd4- watched guinevere get banged in excalibur
pd5- lunch
pd6- preterite/imperfect practice then that patricia play
pd7- gave a bs presentation that our group didnt prepare for on the effects of the scientific revolution, o well, prob. got the full credit
pd8- curve modeling in calc

afta school was match day against the #2 team in the state, taylor allderdice....it was gonna be a tough match with all things considered, but not only that we didn't have alan, imo our best bowler, so we were basically screwed...this year i guess we're bowling down on the practice lanes, varsity was at lanes 7&8 today....we got there and i led off, then ricobelli, bradburn, sopko, then pat...first game was really tight but i could feel us starting to pull away in the homestrech...we ended up shootin a 1059 good enough for a W and 2 points...2nd game was just a massacre...we started ahead and pulled a nice win, 996-820 or sumthin...third game everyone was a little tired, we ended up fallin behind and staying behind losing 918-886...had woehler struck out we would have won by 2, but had we made 75% of of our 1 pin spares we would have crushed....anyways, take things in stride, 12-2 for the year so far...anyways got to talk with the guys from our team and allderdice, seems kenny and chris are pretty good guys....ricobelli stepped it up today with a 628, i had a 621, woehler had like 610, bradburn at 570, sopko at 500...actually a very good first two weeks at the hardest lanes in america(brannan lol) and the second toughest team in the state...hopefully alan will get unsick soon...

well today and yesterday we're both work days, 430-930 for both of them...last nite i literally fell on my couch at home and collapsed there...anyways, both days seemed to provide a few more answers i was looking for....

pd1- not a bad day actually, only the 2nd time i was there all week, world history is good in small doses
pd2- worked on euro all period
pd3- me n nayhouse worked on the calculus Exercise 20 together and I finished typing up that Spanish script.
pd4- god i hate those days where yount talks before a paper is due...all period long he went over how he grades papers and showed three specific examples
pd5- lunch, all i gotta say is gay chicken game lmao
pd6- more imperfect stuff, apparently now senora calls me "tortuga" which in spanish means "turtle"...i liked rodrigo better...anyways for the last 15 min. we sung those christmas tunes in spanish yeha
pd7- euro test, ch.16 i dominated the rise of the dutch empire question but got crushed on ch.17 question about how eastern european govs. used Baroque art to support absolutism
pd8- limits of infinite series' lol

work was, well, work...it kinda sucked but at the same time was ok...tomorrow is 1130-8 and busiest day of the year, o well

a long day indeed

i kinda figured today was gonna be a long day...anyways, woke up and dragged those damn bowling balls into school today lookin like an idiot...so cindy tells us, room 100 ill be there to unlock it...she never shows up, i end up gettin a lady from the athletic office to unlock rm. 100 and end up 10+ min late to first pd(good)

1st pd- socratic seminar...damn, i really hate those things, id just love to stop and argue any point any one of those tenth graders makes
pd 2- gym, library, got those papers done
pd 3- finished up those recursion programs
pd 4- english, in the words from zak bryte, "i fell asleep about 5 min into class and woke with about 3 min left and yount was still talkin about the same thing." well said
pd 5- lunch, somethin real weird happened but i forget wat it was :-)
pd 6- peer edit "el teatro de Patricia"
pd 7- talk about russia after mongol rule(zzzz)
pd 8- idk really, graph derivatives but i left 10 min into pd.

we left at 2 for the match, arrived at 235 lol, just bsed till 330...the bus was pretty nice, even tho jesse's cd player didnt work, it was me, him, n00b, pat, bethanne tryin to get on pat lol jk, maura, and ashley in the back...anyways the "hoodlums" from langley arrived in typical fashion, cigs in mouth, shirts untucked lol...anyways first game we shot 953 n shut them up...we pounded them the next two games too to give us 7 points for the week...girls followed in similar fashion, everyone did decent, seemed pat/n00b needed a little warming up, i gradually got worse, jesse shot solid today, bradburn was a little off today, no big deal...bryan got the job done the third game...i finished with sumthin like 569, not bad for brannan, toughest lanes in section...bus ride home was decent, anyways went to wendys for a little dinner now and faced with massive amounts of hobbit/fredrich engels(guy who wrote communist manifesto/das kapital with marx) to do...o well...next week for bowling we got allderdice, wat a tough second week, it happens i guess...
