truly disheartening

wow.....idk, this whole week has been just that....disheartening to say the least...i'm not even going to expound upon the details on all of the things that happened....but i'll provide a few examples at the end...

so today i woke up and went down to the batting cages...good stuff, by round 4 i was killing the ball....afterwards i went to hrehas to play cards....holdem i didn't play bad, got outdrawn twice and outplayed once by gerner....oh well....afterwards the cash table just got out of control...seriously, i couldn't hit a draw and when i would hit something, someone else outkicked me/flopped two pair or in two instances that i remember i was outdrawn by a 8 outer....in the last 4 days i'm stuck 180 playing poker....and i'm not really that angry at the way i've played....i mean, ninety percent of the time i'm getting my money in with the best hand....so anyways, i'm also dumbfounded by the stupidity of some people...i mean seriously, i would have to say that quite a few people that are supposed to be "smart" are quite shallow people indeed....nice

so besides being down big, i had baseball tonight....we played the team that kills us everytime....big suprise, i don't even want to go into the details of the game, we just got killed again, 12-2...i started at extra hitter and didn't see a fastball in all eight pitches and ended up striking out....well i didn't really care....shit happens....the rest of the game i sat on the bench and stared out into the field as our team was devoured by the clearly superior bethel park team....i just don't really agree with all that is going on with that team right now, but who am i seeing that i don't know anything about baseball, eh?
